Extension and conversion of a detached house

The existing single-family home was to be extended by adding an extension on the first floor and optimizing the use of space. By removing walls on the ground floor, a spacious shared room was created, which is oriented towards the garden. The private rooms on the upper floor were restructured and the exterior modernized with contemporary window and roof shapes.
